Joe Manganiello<\/strong><\/a> and Caitlin O\u2019Connor<\/strong> took their love overseas for an extended European getaway.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoe and Caitlin went to San Domenico Palace, the hotel from The White Lotus<\/em> season 2 in Taormina, Sicily,\u201d an inside source told Us Weekly<\/em> of the couple\u2019s trip to Italy, adding that they then journeyed to O\u2018ahu, Hawaii, with friend Adam Jones<\/strong> from Tool before heading to Little Palm Island Resort in the Florida Keys.<\/p>\n

There, the duo celebrated O\u2019Connor\u2019s 36th birthday.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoe is very sweet,\u201d the source added. \u201cFlowers, caviar, dinner at sunset on the beach and a [birthday] cake \u2014 all the relaxation for [the] birthday surprise.\u201d<\/p>\n

Manganiello, 48, and O\u2019Connor were first linked in 2023 following the True Blood<\/em> alum\u2019s separation from Sof\u00eda Vergara<\/strong>. The couple made their official red carpet debut later that year before going Instagram official in February 2024.<\/p>\n

Since then, it\u2019s been all love and international adventures for the duo, along with Manganiello\u2019s elderly chihuahua, Bubbles.<\/p>\n

\u201cVisited the land of my Sicilian ancestors for the first time and it was magical,\u201d the actor wrote via Instagram<\/a> last month of his and O\u2019Connor\u2019s time in Italy. \u201cWe traveled to my ancestral town of Tripi and met the mayor who as it turns out is my cousin! He allowed us to go back into the hall of records and find the home of my great-grandfather Giuseppe Bonanno before he moved the family to the United States and we traced the family back to 1640 in the region. It was absolutely incredible!\u201d<\/p>\n

O\u2019Connor, for her part, recapped her \u201cout of office\u201d birthday celebration via Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cBirthday festivities were had,\u201d the actress and host wrote on Monday, August 4. \u201cThank you to my love [Joe] for an amazing birthday (that seems to have started with a European vacation two months ago\u2026 \u2764\ufe0f the world tour continues.)\u201d<\/p>\n
