The celebrity hairstylist, who has worked with <\/span>Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> and <\/span>Ariana Grande<\/strong>, recently detailed coming out as gay at age 26 to his former partner <\/span>Kate Katon <\/strong>and their two kids <\/span>Billy<\/strong>, now 22, and <\/span>Kitty-blu<\/strong>, now 20.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, \u2018I\u2019m going to hurt all these people I\u2019ve created this life with,\u2019\u201d Chris shared on the August 6 episode of <\/a><\/span>On Purpose<\/span><\/em><\/a> with <\/span>Jay Shetty<\/strong>, adding of his life with Kate: \u201cWe were together for nine years, had two kids and it was a magical nine years. I honestly thought I had it all figured out.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Indeed, Chris detailed the family\u2019s stereotypical domestic life before he realized he was gay, and \u201cit all came crashing down.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
