Is there anything worse than when your phone\u2019s camera opens up in selfie mode, revealing that under-the-chin view? Well, Paulina Porizkova is telling the truth<\/a>.<\/p>\n She shared a very quick clip on her Instagram feed on Aug. 5, showing that \u201cunflattering angle\u201d while trying to take a scenic photo with her fianc\u00e9 Jeff Greenstein. She wrote<\/a>, \u201cOh\u2026 Oops!\u201d on the video, and of course, offered all of her followers some wisdom about the moment.<\/p>\n More from SheKnows<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cYou know, that spectacularly unflattering angle when you\u2019re looking down at your phone, and accidentally film yourself,\u201d she said in the caption. \u201cSo much for \u2018Oh, aging is easy for you, Miss Supermodel.\u2019\u00a0\ud83d\ude09\u201d<\/p>\n She \u201cbows\u201d down to \u201cthose who have never cared what they look like, spent a lifetime pursuing noble goals, and are in perfect health\u201d because they are \u201ckarmically waaaay ahead of\u201d her. Even though she\u2019s at the \u201chappiest\u201d time of her life<\/a>, she has to reconcile with the fact that she looks different than the height of her supermodel career.<\/p>\n Yes, aging is a \u201cprivilege,\u201d but she also struggles with her physical looks from time to time.<\/p>\n \u201cFor the rest of us: I love my age. I\u2019m the happiest I\u2019ve ever been. I wouldn\u2019t trade it for any other age,\u201d she added. \u201cBUT \u2013 having relied on my looks for most of my life as a part of my personality, this physically aging stuff demands an inner courage I\u2019m still working on. It\u2019s work. But\u2026 It is also a privilege of which I am absolutely conscious and grateful<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n Porizkova recently got engaged to Greenstein<\/a> in Nice, France, in July, and she\u2019s still gushing about their love for each other. \u201cTwo and a half years on, we still crack each other up,\u201d she remarked in a July 25 social media post<\/a>. \u201cAll the time. He has an Emmy for being funny. We all know I do not. But he believes I\u2019m funny. He laughs at my jokes. He tells me I\u2019m funny. He makes me feel an equal partner at all times.\u201d<\/p>\n Porizkova was married to Cars lead singer, Ric Ocasek, from 1989 to 2017, and they shared two sons: Jonathan Raven Ocasek, 31, and Oliver Ocasek, 27. He died in 2019 before they ever filed for divorce, but it was a difficult relationship for her.<\/p>\n \u201cHe didn\u2019t want me to do anything,\u201d Porizkova said on The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet<\/a> podcast in November 2021. \u201cHe didn\u2019t want me to go anywhere. He wanted me to be within his circle at all times. I was his sole emotional provider for everything, and I confused that with love.
