A movie theater in upstate New York is offering a fun merchandise twist for “Freakier Friday” fans.<\/p>\n
Marcus Theaters \u2014 a chain of cinemas with a single location in the Empire State \u2014 announced it’s selling collectable popcorn buckets and drink cups with swappable covers, which means the bucket can be used for soda and the cups can be used for popcorn.<\/p>\n
The products’ debut aligns with the upcoming release of the “Freakier Friday” movie, a sequel to the 2003 hit film “Freaky Friday,” and are branded with the movie’s logos and designs. “Freakier Friday” features the same two stars \u2014 Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis \u2014 as the original Disney film.<\/p>\n
