Kelly Clarkson<\/a> is postponing the remaining August dates of her Las Vegas residency to take care of her family.<\/p>\nThe singer made the announcement late Wednesday night on Instagram, writing in part, \u201cWhile I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children\u2019s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them. I am sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows and I so appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n
Clarkson\u2019s last Vegas show was on Saturday, Aug. 2 and she was set to resume her Studio Sessions performances on Friday, Aug. 8 as the first of four more shows in August at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The residency is set to resume in November.<\/p>\n
