Because I think that\u2019s part of why he does it \u2014 he\u2019s out there in a real incubator of human behavior where you never know what\u2019s going to happen, but what you do know is that if you show up to play <em>Survivor<\/em>, you can study it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cAnd when you watch <em>White Lotus<\/em>, what are you watching? You\u2019re watching human behavior all day. I think that\u2019s part of the reason Mike is back, and if you don\u2019t understand that, maybe you\u2019re asking the wrong question,\u201d the reality show host added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Season 50 of <em>Survivor <\/em>is titled \u201cIn the Hands of the Fans,\u201d and will feature a lineup filled with fan favorites.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The season, which does not premiere until February 2026, will showcase former contestants from as far back as <em>Survivor\u2019s<\/em> inaugural season in 2000, as well as players from season 49, which is set to debut this fall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><em>Survivor<\/em> follows a group of contestants divided into &#8220;tribes&#8221; based on the season&#8217;s theme, who are stranded on an island and tasked with surviving by building shelters and foraging for food. Alongside these survival efforts, they compete in a series of mental and physical challenges. Each week, contestants are eliminated through a tribal vote until only one remains.
