\n\tWith Leo season well underway, the first week of August is ending with a slew of new albums from artists such as MGK<\/a>, the Jonas Brothers<\/a> and more.<\/p>\n \n\tStarting off with one Colson Baker, formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly, album Lost Americana <\/em>arrived Friday (Aug. 8) and marks yet another genre shift for the musician. After cutting his teeth on hip-hop before switching over to pop punk in recent years, MGK is now pivoting to melodic folk-tinged music on the 13-track effort that Bob Dylan helped announce months prior.<\/p>\n \n\tThe Jo Bros also came out with a new LP on Friday, releasing Greetings From Your Hometown <\/em>as an homage to the ways the places in which we grew up shape us. Following 2023\u2019s The Album<\/em>, the new full-length is the third album the brothers have released since reuniting in 2019 on Happiness Begins<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tBut those are just two of the many LPs that dropped this week, with Gunna, Bailey Zimmerman, Ethel Cain, Bryson Tiller and Amaarae all sharing full-lengths and kicking off new musical eras with their respective projects. Plus, Laufey has a new album coming in just two weeks, something she prepped fans for by dropping vulnerable single \u201cSnow White\u201d ahead of time.<\/p>\n \n\tThere\u2019s a lot of new music to get through with all of those albums hitting streaming services this week, but Billboard <\/em>still wants to know which release was your favorite.
