Machine Gun Kelly<\/strong><\/a> had arguably the best seat in the house for Super Bowl LIX<\/a> in February when the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs.<\/p>\n He watched the game, played at the Caesar\u2019s Superdome in New Orleans, from Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce<\/strong>\u2019s suite, along with Kelce\u2019s girlfriend, Taylor Swift<\/strong>. Kelly, 35, looked back on the game in a Wednesday, August 6, appearance on ABC News Live<\/em><\/a>, where he remembered asking if the couple would be at the Chiefs\u2019 afterparty, where he was set to perform.<\/p>\n \u201cI was in Travis\u2019 suite, and at the beginning of it, Taylor was like, \u2018Hell yeah, we\u2019re gonna come watch you perform,\u2019 like, \u2018It\u2019s gonna be crazy tonight,\u2019\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n Kelly continued, \u201cInternally, I was stoked. I was like, \u2018Oh, what a legendary night this is gonna be.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The night, notoriously, did not go as planned for Kelce, 35, and his team. The Eagles led 24-0 at halftime in a game in which the Chiefs never threatened to close the gap significantly.<\/p>\n \u201cBy the third quarter, dude, I was looking at that score, I went up to Taylor, I was like, \u2018Y\u2019all aren\u2019t coming tonight, huh?\u2019\u201d he added.<\/p>\n \u201cShe was like \u2018I don\u2019t think so man,\u2019\u201d Kelly continued. \u201c\u2018I\u2019ll see if I can get him to get out, but I don\u2019t think [so].\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n It turns out Swift, 35, and Kelce did not show up. Kelly still performed, however, in front of a few dejected Kansas City players.<\/p>\n \u201cDon\u2019t ever sign yourself up for that,\u201d he joked. \u201cWait to sign the paper until you find out, until [the] third quarter or something. Until it looks like it\u2019s going one way or the other.\u201d<\/p>\n
