Kelly Clarkson<\/strong>\u2018s talk show is slated to return one month after the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Friday, August 8, TMZ<\/a><\/em> reported that the seventh season of The Kelly Clarkson Show <\/em>will air this fall, with new episodes debuting in September.<\/p>\n

Blackstock \u2014 who shares kids River,<\/strong> 11, and Remington,<\/strong> 9, with the singer, 43, \u2014 passed away at 48 years old<\/a> on Thursday, August 7, following a lengthy battle with melanoma.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSince U Been Gone\u201d hitmaker\u2019s entire staff reportedly knew about the music producer\u2019s condition<\/a>, but kept quiet about it to respect the former couple\u2019s privacy, according to TMZ<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The American Idol<\/em> winner and Blackstock tied the knot in 2013, separated in 2020, and finalized their divorce in 2022.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, August 6 \u2014 one day before Blackstock\u2019s death \u2014 Clarkson took to Instagram to let fans know she would have to postpone the August shows of her Las Vegas residency.<\/p>\n
