Josh Allen<\/strong> was more than happy about how his wedding night<\/a> with Hailee Steinfeld<\/strong> panned out \u2014 and he says she was too!<\/p>\n The Buffalo Bills quarterback, 29, made a rare comment about the day he tied the knot with the Sinners<\/em> actress, 28, in the first episode of the HBO sports docuseries Hard Knocks<\/a><\/em>, which dropped on Tuesday, August 5.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, that was the best night of my life, honestly,\u201d the NFL star admitted.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd my wife\u2019s life, I think,\u201d he added with a smile. \u201cThat\u2019s what she says.\u201d<\/p>\n As Star<\/em> previously reported<\/a>, Steinfeld and Allen exchanged vows on May 31 at San Ysidro Ranch in California.<\/p>\n Steinfeld detailed the \u201cunforgettable\u201d occasion in the Friday, June 13, issue of her Beau Society email newsletter.<\/p>\n \u201cIt felt like love was running through the veins of every tree at our gorgeous venue in Santa Barbara,\u201d she gushed, according to People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cOur family and friends coming together amplified it.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe dance floor was popping, it was literally bowing,\u201d the Marvel star recounted. \u201cThe flow of the reception was dance, speech, cry, dance, eat, dance, speech, cry, dance, etc.\u201d<\/p>\n The night didn\u2019t end there for the couple as they had an \u201cunderground after-party\u201d complete with \u201ca DJ, cigar bar, lots of Angel Margarita, grilled cheese sandwiches, and chocolate chip cookies served with shot glasses of milk.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/staging.starmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/upiphotosthree053970-scaled.jpg\")
