The song features deeply personal lyrics from vocalist <strong>Rachel<\/strong> <strong>Aspe<\/strong>, detailing a bleak and traumatic experience. The new music video was directed by <strong>Shaun Hodson (Loki Films)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the new song, vocalist<strong> Rachel Aspe<\/strong> says, <em>\u201c<strong>IHYG<\/strong>\u00a0is a response to a deeply traumatic experience that had a life changing impact on me. It crushed my confidence and self-worth which spiralled me to rock bottom, but I\u2019ve become stronger and more resilient than ever. This experience inspired me to write lyrics for the first time, resulting in this song. The video tells this story.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Guitarist <strong>James Monteith<\/strong> adds, <em>\u201csince the release of our debut album we\u2019ve been through some changes and significantly evolved as a unit. We\u2019ve gotten to know each other much more musically and personally, and the result is a much more honed vision of <strong>CAGE FIGHT<\/strong>. <strong>IHYG<\/strong>\u00a0is the first taste of what\u2019s to come.
