CBM noted<\/a> that the insider mentioned it will be Joel Kinnaman, who played Rick Flag Jr. in both Suicide Squad and The Suicide Squad, who will be making the jump to Peacemaker Season 2. According to CBM\u2019s report of My Time to Shine\u2019s information, Kinnaman will reprise his role as Flag in a flashback scene, as well as an \u201calternate version\u201d of Flag that is still alive in another dimension.<\/p>\nPeacemaker Season 2 will largely follow the continued adventures of the character, played by John Cena. However, the trailer for the HBO series did tease Peacemaker finding a new dimension in which he is actually a beloved hero.<\/p>\n
