Then he threw his wrap party for the movie there and started hanging out again,\u201d Planet Hollywood\u2019s CEO and founder, Robert Earl,\u00a0told The Post.<\/p>\n<p>The world-renowned eatery, which <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/02\/01\/us-news\/planet-hollywood-reopens-in-nyc\/\">reopened at 136 West 42nd Street<\/a> in Midtown in February, originally launched in 1991 on West 57th Street. Back then, it had the backing of Hollywood elite, namely Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Earl also finds it surreal to be welcoming his former investors\u2019 offspring, who are now grown up and making their own way in the industry \u2014 like Patrick, the son of Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Arnold Schwarzenegger and his son Patrick have already visited the new Planet Hollywood in Midtown. <span class=\"credit\">Bruce Glikas<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cPatrick, who used to just be a little young man coming with his family. Now he came by himself. And he\u2019s an amazing young man. Celebrity doesn\u2019t get to him. Like, I tried to force him to take a car from me to get back to his hotel, and he insisted he was going on the subway by himself,\u201d Earl gushed of Patrick, who starred in Season 3 of \u201cThe White Lotus\u201d this February.<\/p>\n<p>The British restaurateur has also been keeping up with the children of Willis and Moore. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve even been chatting with Tallulah Willis. We asked her if she wants to have a look at doing a few things with us. But they\u2019ve been busy filming their reality show. But I do plan on hitting them up,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Planet Hollywood is now going \u201cBack to the Future\u201d with new lunch specials \u2014 serving the same items that were on its original nineties menu and at the same price point.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Planet Hollywood in Midtown is now serving items \u2014 like the Hollywood club and margherita pasta \u2014 from their 1991 menu at their original prices. <span class=\"credit\">Planet Hollywood<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI think that there is a trend. I\u2019ve seen a few other people now doing this. And I think that it brings you through the door,\u201d Earl said of the retro pricing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd of course, it\u2019s fascinating for people to say, \u2018Just a minute, my entree is under $10.
