He said in a search warrant that he was \u201cdistracted\u201d by Teddy and did not see Trigg wander outside and, while playing with an inflatable chair, fall into the pool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Emilie, an influencer, has not publicly addressed her son\u2019s death or the resulting investigation. She has filed a lawsuit, petitioning the court to block the release of records about the circumstances of Trigg\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cEmilie is going through a parent\u2019s worst nightmare right now. She lost her young son, her three-year-old Trigg Chapman Kiser (\u2018Trigg\u2019), on May 18, 2025, following a heartbreaking accidental drowning at the family\u2019s home on May 12, 2025,\u201d the lawsuit read. \u201cEmilie is trying her best to be there for her surviving son, two-month-old Theodore.
