Jon<\/strong> and Kate Gosselin<\/strong>\u2019s son Collin<\/strong> is still mourning the loss of his relationships with his siblings.<\/p>\n In a TikTok<\/a> shared on August 7, Collin, 21, shared a throwback photo of him and the other sextuplets \u2013 Hannah<\/strong>, Leah<\/strong>, Alexis<\/strong>, Aaden<\/strong> and Joel<\/strong> \u2014and his older twin sisters, Mady<\/strong> and Cara<\/strong>, 24, as he hinted at the reasons behind their estrangement.<\/p>\n \u201cBorn to be a team, us against the world,\u201d he captioned the video. \u201cForced to do it alone, and wonder every day what our lives could\u2019ve looked like.\u201d<\/p>\n The former reality star then alleged they\u2019d been \u201cforced apart\u201d and \u201cpitted against each other\u201d during their childhood.<\/p>\n \u201cAll the fame and money in the world, but what about kids being kids?\u201d he continued. \u201cI will always love them more than anything. The tears I shed behind closed doors, thinking about the memories we could\u2019ve shared. I love you guys.\u201d<\/p>\n Collin and his siblings starred in the hit TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8<\/em> from 2007 to 2009. However, following his parents\u2019 tumultuous split, the show was rebranded to simply Kate Plus 8<\/em> in 2010.<\/p>\n As Star<\/em> previously reported, Collin and Hannah \u2013 who both lived with their dad at one point after the divorce \u2013 accused Kate of separating Collin from their other siblings when they were kids.<\/p>\n \u201cLike, he would not get to come and play outside with us. He would eat dinner at different times than us,\u201d Hannah said on the docuseries The Dark Side of the 2000s<\/em>.<\/p>\n Collin also alleged in the series that his mother had him committed to Fairmont Behavioral Health Institute in Philadelphia when he\u2019d started to talk with his teachers at school about being abused at home.<\/p>\n In a July 2023 statement<\/a> shared to her Instagram, Kate denied the allegations and insisted that he was sent away \u201cfor the safety of myself, his brothers and sisters and for his own well-being\u201d following \u201cmultiple psychiatric diagnoses.\u201d<\/p>\n Last year, he made additional allegations of abuse<\/a>, claiming that Kate had \u201czip-tied\u201d his hands and feet together and locked him in their basement when he was a child. In an interview with The Sun<\/em><\/a>, he said she would often leave him there with the \u201clights off\u201d and surveillance cameras on so that she could keep an eye on him.<\/p>\n \u201cMost of the day I was in that room and I was away from my siblings and I never really went outside,\u201d he continued. \u201cI never played with them. I was kept there.
