She dropped the announcement on boyfriend Travis Kelce\u2019s podcast, New Heights<\/em>, the full episode starring Swift of which will drop on Wednesday\u2014with a lot more details about the upcoming album.<\/p>\n The pop superstar began the countdown two hours prior, with a clock that popped up on the homepage in front of a glittery orange-and-pink background.<\/p>\n Excitement began to build earlier in the day, when Swift\u2019s official fan engagement team, Taylor Nation, shared a series of twelve photos<\/a>, with a caption that read: \u201cThinking about when she said \u2018See you next era\u2026\u2019 \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udd25.\u201d In each of the shots, Swift sported some variation of an orange outfit.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Swift\u2019s beau, Travis Kelce<\/a>, announced that he and his brother were going to have a special guest on their New Heights<\/em> podcast (and it was later revealed to be Swift).<\/p>\n Quickly, fans began to dig up Easter eggs that hinted at what was to come<\/a>. For instance, Swift notably left through an orange door at the final show of her record-breaking Eras Tour. Meanwhile, her most-recent TikTok video<\/a>, shared in October 2024, saw Swift walking in front of a sign that said: \u201cA12.\u201d Coincidence?
