Canadian music icon Michael Bubl\u00e9 recently had high praise for his time aboard the <\/span>Disney Wonder<\/span>, a floating theme park.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cMy family and I just went on a Disney cruise to Alaska and it was unreal! Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations,\u201d Bubl\u00e9 shared with his millions of followers on Instagram about the Disney cruise experience, which departed from Vancouver.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not exaggerating when I say the staff, the food and all of our fellow passengers totally rocked,\u201d he continued on July 29. The five-time Grammy Award winner and B.C. resident insisted the post wasn\u2019t an ad, but admitted that \u201cit sure does sound like one.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Bubl\u00e9 included photos of his wife, <\/span>Luisana Lopilato, and four kids aboard the cruise ship, posing with staff and Disney characters, and whale watching.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI just genuinely loved everything about it so much I had to give props where they were due<\/span>,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019re already trying to figure out how to get back on that boat again! Thank you to everyone who we met, danced, ate, and hung with on our trip to Alaska.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The rave review<\/a> comes at a time when many Canadians are choosing not to travel to the United States<\/a> due to ongoing trade tensions between the two countries. <\/span><\/p>\n Bubl\u00e9, who has often emphasized his love for Canada and its culture,<\/span> has spoken out against U.S. President Donald Trump\u2019s repeated comments about making Canada his nation\u2019s 51st state. During his opening monologue at the 2025 Juno Awards, he said, \u201cWe are the greatest nation on Earth. And we are not for sale.\u201d<\/p>\n The <\/span>Disney Wonder<\/span> designates the Canada Place cruise ship terminal in downtown Vancouver as its home port every spring through the end of summer for its Alaska itineraries.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
