King Charles will make the “final decision” as to whether Prince Harry<\/a> can return to the U.K., royal experts have claimed with the possibility of an in-person meeting with King Charles<\/a> happening this September.<\/p>\n There seems to be two schools of thought, that Prince William is calling the shots<\/a>, and the in-person meeting won\u2019t happen without his approval<\/a>, at the same time, the second school of thought is that Charles is King and he makes the final decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n Ian Pelham Turner<\/a>, former royal photographer, agrees with the second school of thought, that Charles is King and it\u2019s his decision as to whether or not a meeting with Harry takes place.<\/p>\n Pelham Turner told Express US: “In my opinion, the feeling I get, is that William is trying to take over the monarchy and in reality, Charles is saying, \u2018I\u2019m the King. Not you.’<\/p>\n He explained: \u201cWhat I mean by taking over the monarchy is that he\u2019s become very forceful in any opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Pelham Turner has his finger on the heartbeat of Britain and is well-connected in the royal and media circles, which is where he\u2019s getting his insider information.<\/p>\n According to the photographer-turned-TV commentator, there have been rumours of William \u201ccausing issues,\u201d and it was Queen Camilla<\/a> who stepped in, whispering in her husband\u2019s ear to put a stop to it.<\/p>\n He explained: \u201cI think what is happening at the moment, and it\u2019s just my inkling, there\u2019s nothing I can sort of prove, and say, \u2018this is the case,\u2019 but I get the feeling at the moment, that she\u2019s seeing William trying to create issues and she\u2019s told Charles to stop it.\u201d<\/p>\n According to the royal commentator, there\u2019s been a lot of talk about William trying to prove to those around him \u201cthat he\u2019s the driving force behind the throne,\u201d but Pelham Turner disagrees, saying, \u201cI think, Charles should be.\u201d<\/p>\n DON\u2019T MISS: <\/strong><\/p>\n Prince Harry’s secret summit wasn\u2019t much of a secret for one key reason<\/a><\/strong>
