The Hollywood Foreign Press Association agreed. The role earned Hewitt a Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. She was beaten out by Claire Danes for Temple Grandin, but the nomination made the role a career achievement in her post Ghost Whisperer era.<\/p>\n
