Neko Case<\/a> has announced a 2026 tour of North America. The new batch of dates follows a previously announced run<\/a> taking place this October and November. With the announcement comes a new song, \u201cWinchester Mansion of Sound\u201d\u2014the latest from Case\u2019s new album, Neon Grey Midnight Green<\/em><\/a>. \u201cWinchester Mansion of Sound\u201d is inspired by Case\u2019s late friend and collaborator Dexter Romweber, of the Flat Duo Jets, a press release notes. It also draws inspiration from Robbie Basho\u2019s \u201cOrphan\u2019s Lament,\u201d which Case called \u201cthe saddest song ever,\u201d and the \u201cDown Down Baby\u201d nursery rhyme. Neon Grey Midnight Green<\/em>, the self-produced follow-up to Case\u2019s 2018 album Hell-On<\/em><\/a>, arrives September 26, via Anti-<\/a>.<\/p>\n
