Just knowing Taylor and seeing the process from just a little bit closer of how she makes the albums,\u201d Patrick continued. \u201cIt\u2019s going to be amazing because of how much work she puts into it. What better place to announce it than [the] \u2018New Heights\u2019 podcast?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rumors started swirling earlier this week that Swift, 35, was going to appear on <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/why-fans-are-convinced-taylor-swift-is-appearing-on-travis-kelces-podcast\/\">Wednesday\u2019s episode of \u201cNew Heights.\u201d<\/a> Her appearance was confirmed on Monday, August 11, with Swift announcing her upcoming album <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/taylor-swifts-12th-album-the-life-of-a-showgirl-what-we-know\/\"><em>The Life of Showgirl<\/em><\/a> just hours later.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick said that Swift will get a chance to \u201cbe herself\u201d on the podcast episode and \u201cshowcase who she is\u201d while discussing the new record.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think people are going to be really excited to watch it tonight,\u201d Patrick continued. \u201cI haven\u2019t seen it yet. I\u2019ve seen a little bit of the clips just like everybody else, but I\u2019ll be tuned in tonight, I think it\u2019s 7 Eastern. I\u2019ll be able to have something to watch here on this night off that I have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Patrick spoke about the episode during his press conference just as another \u201cNew Heights\u201d clip dropped on Wednesday. The podcast preview featured Jason, 37, giving Swift a major \u2014 and rather animated \u2014 introduction to the show.<\/p>\n<p>The former Philadelphia Eagles <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/taylor-swift-addresses-hate-from-male-sports-fans-in-new-heights-clip\/\">center broke down Swift\u2019s accomplishments<\/a>, shouting out her 149 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/pictures\/taylor-swifts-eras-tour-every-celebrity-attendee\/\"><em>Eras Tour<\/em><\/a> shows and 14 Grammy Awards.
