Karrueche Tran<\/strong><\/a> gave a sly hint that her private romance with Deion Sanders<\/strong><\/a> is showing no signs of slowing down.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tran, 37, liked an Instagram post<\/a> made by Sanders, 58, on Tuesday, August 12, as the University of Colorado head football coach continues his recovery from bladder cancer surgery earlier this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLord I thank u for the times it was just u and I & I cried out to u with no hesitation because I trust u in every possible manor [sic] there is to Trust,\u201d Sanders\u2019 post read.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Speculation about Tran and Sanders\u2019 relationship kicked into overdrive last month when she was seen crying by his bedside<\/a> in a YouTube video as he prepared to have his bladder removed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are here at the hospital because we are dealing with\u2026,\u201d Tran said in the July 28 video, wiping away tears and unable to finish her sentence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tran eventually whispered, \u201cWe are dealing with bladder cancer. He is having his bladder removed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In another YouTube video posted the next day, Tran was seen helping Sanders out of bed after his successful surgery<\/a> \u2014 which took place on May 9 \u2014 and helping the NFL Hall of Famer as he took his first post-surgery steps down the hospital hallway.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf you need anything let me know,\u201d one of Sanders\u2019 doctors told Tran.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/i> has reached out to representatives for Sanders and Tran for comment on the status of their relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to TMZ<\/i><\/a>, Sanders and Tran \u2014 an actress who has previously dated Chris Brown and NFL star Victor Cruz \u2014 were spotted together on a lunch date earlier this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sanders announced he had been diagnosed with bladder cancer<\/a> during a press conference at the University of Colorado on July 28.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis wasn\u2019t easy,\u201d Sanders said. \u201cMen, everybody, get checked out. Because if it wasn\u2019t for me getting tested for something else, they wouldn\u2019t have stumbled up on this.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
