The Wall Street Journal<\/a> profiled Floridian actress Cheryl Hines<\/a><\/span> on Aug. 11 about her marriage to husband Robert F. Kennedy Jr.<\/a> and her stance regarding his controversial opinions.<\/p>\n “She used to be Larry David’s TV wife. Now she’s a political spouse to one of the most polarizing Trump officials of them all,” the outlet’s tagline reads.<\/p>\n President Donald Trump picked her husband, 71, to lead the\u00a0Department of Health and Human Services<\/a>\u00a0and encouraged the politician in his \u201cMAHA” campaign. Since then, both Hines and Kennedy have been involved in various controversies, including one regarding his alleged affair with a journalist during his presidential campaign.<\/p>\n Robert F. An internal review of her published work has found no inaccuracies nor evidence of bias. She is currently on leave from the magazine, and the magazine is conducting a more thorough third-party review. We regret this violation of our readers\u2019 trust.”<\/p>\n Nuzzi released a statement on the matter, saying, \u201cThe relationship was never physical but should have been disclosed to prevent the appearance of a conflict.” Kennedy’s representation claimed he only met her once, “which yielded a hit piece.\u201d<\/p>\n Neither Hines nor Kennedy directly addressed the alleged affair between him and Nuzzi in the WSJ interview. Instead, Hines tiptoed around the rumors with a short statement.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think there\u2019s any point to going through every rumor and headline to try to defend or explain it,\u201d the actress told the outlet. \u201cBobby and I talk about everything, so that\u2019s how we move through everything, and we\u2019re really good friends, and we trust each other.\u201d<\/p>\n She added that her upcoming memoir will help paint their relationship in a “better light.”<\/p>\n \u201cOne would deduce that we love each other and are still married and whatever we\u2019ve been through is behind us,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Kennedy also commented on his wife being pulled into various controversies, saying it is impossible to control.<\/p>\n \u201cThere is no end, and if you get caught into responding to it then it drags you into low vibrations, and the trick is to try to stay in the high vibrations,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Robert F. She shared that she doesn’t understand why it angers people so much.<\/p>\n \u201cAt first, you\u2019re thinking, ‘Wow. Why are they so angry or disappointed?’\u201d she shared. \u201cSome people can\u2019t even, I don\u2019t know, they can\u2019t even talk about it.
