During Song Summit, we\u2019re thrilled to present free community events\u2014Mindful Mornings and live concerts\u2014that are all about connection, wellness, and incredible music. We want everyone to feel welcome and part of the magic of Song Summit,\u201d Meredith Lavitt, Executive Director, Song Summit Foundation, shared.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"403\">Mindful Morning Wellness Activities<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"745\">Each morning from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/parkcitysongsummit.com\/products\/mindful-morning-wellness-activities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">participants can take part in yoga, meditation and a sound bath<\/a> led by instructors from PC Yoga Collective, or join a guided hike with White Pine Touring. Organizers say the sessions are designed to help attendees tap into body, heart and mind, leaving them more present and ready for the day\u2019s events.<\/p>\n<p><h3 class=\"jp-relatedposts-headline\"><em>Similar Reads On TownLift<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"999\">The wellness activities are open to pass holders, ticket holders and the public at no cost. Mats will be provided for pass holders, while locals are asked to bring their own. Those opting for the hike should wear closed-toed footwear and bring water.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1038\">Songwriters\u2019 Porch Performances<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1349\">Following the morning sessions, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/parkcitysongsummit.com\/pages\/schedule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Songwriters\u2019 Porch stage<\/a> will host free, all-ages performances from local and emerging artists throughout the afternoon.
