In seeing that her oldest children were possibly “upset” with her, Jessica Alba<\/a> scheduled therapy for them.<\/p>\n The actress was a guest on the August 12 episode of podcast Aspire with Emma Grede<\/a>, where she discussed how her children have been “grounding” for her. With her estranged husband, film producer Cash Warren, Alba has three children, daughters Honor and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7. Alba and Warren filed for divorce<\/a> in February after sixteen years of marriage.<\/p>\n Around the 54-minute mark of the video below, the Trigger Warning star said that rather than continuing a “facade” around her children when she’s feeling off, she’s learned to self-correct.<\/p>\n “I’m like, ‘You’re right. I didn’t say that right. I didn’t show up for you. I could have worded that differently. I could have done this differently. I’m sorry. I’ll do better next time.
