Jason Kelce<\/strong><\/a> has a lot of memories from Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s Eras Tour<\/em><\/a> in London \u2014 but meeting the royal family sticks out the most.<\/p>\n

Just in case you\u2019re new here, Swift, 35, made a special guest appearance<\/a> on Jason and Travis Kelce<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast<\/a> on Wednesday, August 13. The trio were discussing Travis\u2019 June 2024 stage debut at Swift\u2019s Wembley Stadium shows when the topic of Prince William<\/strong><\/a> came up.<\/p>\n

\u201cWasn\u2019t this the week that I got to watch Jason meet the royal family?\u201d Swift asked. Jason was quick to confirm.<\/p>\n

\u201cI knew you were serious when I was like, \u2018Jason, do you want to go meet [them]?\u2019\u201d Swift recalled. According to Travis, 35, his older brother had an incredible reaction.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was like, \u2018What do I do with my beer?\u2019\u201d the Kansas City Chiefs player recalled.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPrince William and his eldest two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, had an epic meet-and-greet with Taylor Swift ahead of her first Eras Tour concert in London. \u201cHappy Bday M8! London shows are off to a splendid start \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8\ud83e\udd1d,\u201d Swift, 34, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, June 22, uploading a selfie that she snapped [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI watched him have this moment with his beer where he\u2019s just like, \u2018But I want to take it. But I know that I probably should not take it,\u2019\u201d Swift added. \u201cI watched this happen and it was kind of the most amazing [thing].\u201d<\/p>\n

Jason admitted that this was \u201cexactly\u201d what was going through his mind at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I don\u2019t have my beer, what do I do with this hand now? Or am I just, like, being authentic by having the beer? I would normally have the beer. Wouldn\u2019t they want me to be myself?\u201d Swift quipped. \u201cI\u2019m watching you say that in your head, and it was fantastic.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer added, \u201cI\u2019ll always remember that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prince William celebrated his birthday in 2024 alongside son Prince George<\/strong> and daughter Princess Charlotte<\/strong> at Swift\u2019s Eras Tour<\/em>. (There\u2019s even an incredible video of William singing \u201cShake It Off\u201d<\/a> to prove it.)<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy Bday M8!\u201d Swift captioned an Instagram post at the time. \u201cLondon shows are off to a splendid start.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days after the show, Travis detailed meeting the royals<\/a> for the first time on \u201cNew Heights.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDude, he was the coolest mother***er,\u201d Travis said of William during the June 2024 episode. \u201cHe was so cool!\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cI didn\u2019t realize this because obviously we\u2019re backstage meeting him because he was there with little George and Charlotte, and they were an absolute delight to meet.\u201d<\/p>\n
