Disney Entertainment<\/a> is restructuring its marketing division, with executives Asad Ayaz<\/a> and Shannon Ryan<\/a> each taking on new roles.<\/p>\n

Ayaz<\/a>, chief brand officer for The Walt Disney Co., is also adding the title of president of Disney Entertainment Marketing, reporting to Disney Entertainment co-chairs Alan Bergman<\/a> and Dana Walden<\/a>. He\u2019ll oversee marketing efforts for Disney\u2019s studios and TV and streaming outlets while also leading brand strategy under CEO Bob Iger<\/a>, including the in-house agencies for Disney Experiences and Disney Entertainment.<\/p>\n

Ryan, currently the head of TV marketing, will add direct-to-consumer to her purview as president, Dtc<\/a> and Disney Entertainment Television Marketing. The marketing teams for Disney+<\/a>, led by Samantha Rosenberg<\/a>, and Hulu<\/a>, led by Barrie Gruner<\/a>, will report to her as part of a unified team following the announcement that Hulu will be fully integrated into Disney+ next year.<\/p>\n

Ryan will report to Ayaz while still remaining on Walden<\/a>\u2019s leadership team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
