The Belair Lip Bombs<\/a> have formally detailed their second studio album, which is simply titled Again<\/em>. It is set for release on Friday, October 31st via Third Man Records<\/a> \u2013 marking their first release on the Jack White<\/a>-founded label, not to mention the first Australian release on the label overall. To coincide with the album\u2019s announcement, the Melbourne band have shared its lead single \u2018Hey You\u2019 and shared details of a last-minute hometown show next weekend. Details can be found below.<\/p>\n \u2018Hey You\u2019 is the Lip Bombs\u2019 first new music since the release of their debut studio album Lush Life<\/em>, which was released in August 2023 and featured the singles \u2018Say My Name\u2019 and \u2018Look The Part\u2019. In a press statement, the band noted that their latest single was somewhat of a sonic departure. \u201c\u201cHaving a synth loop driving a whole song is something that we\u2019ve never done before,\u201d they said. \u201cWe kind of leaned into that and pushed to make the scope of the song bigger than some of the other songs in the album.\u201d The band have also shared a new music video, directed by Angus Fielder.<\/p>\nThe Belair Lip Bombs \u2013 \u2018Hey You\u2019<\/h2>\n
