The post Taylor Swift admits annoyed reaction to Travis Kelce over bracelet moment<\/a> appeared first on ClutchPoints<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n In addition to Taylor Swift<\/a>\u2019s big reveal about her 12th studio album Life of a Showgirl, the singer joked about Travis Kelce<\/a>\u2019s failed attempt in trying to meet her.<\/p>\n During Swift\u2019s record-breaking Eras Tour,<\/a> the singer had a stop at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, where the Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> play. As Swift sat down with Travis and his brother Jason Kelce on their joint podcast, New Heights, the singer jokingly got annoyed at the tight end\u2019s \u201cmantrum\u201d<\/a> when he didn\u2019t meet her.<\/p>\n Travis infamously made a friendship bracelet<\/a> with his phone number to give to her at the concert, which he shared back in 2023. He explained why it didn\u2019t work on the show that month.<\/p>\n \u201cI was disappointed that she doesn\u2019t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,\u201d Kelce said on an episode of New Heights. \u201cSo I was a little butthurt I didn\u2019t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.\u201d<\/p>\n Swift joked that Travis didn\u2019t think about \u201clogistics\u201d in trying to meet her but in the end she thought his gesture was romantic and reminded her of an 80s film.<\/p>\n \u201cThis kind of felt more like I was in an \u201980s John Hughes movie and he was just like standing outside of my window with a boombox just being like, \u2018I want to date you! Do you want to go on a date with me? I made you a friendship bracelet. Do you want to date me?’\u201d the singer shared on the show.<\/p>\n The couple opened up more about them meeting one another and the \u201cinsane\u201d question the 14-time Grammy winner asked Travis on their first date.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cOn our first date, I legitimately asked him what it was like when the Chiefs played the Eagles in the Super Bowl and he looked across the field,\u201d Swift shared on the Aug. 13 episode, \u201cand saw his brother standing five feet away from him on the field.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHe was like, \u2018Actually, I\u2019m on the offense and my brother is on the offense. I\u2019m only on the field the same time as the defense,\u2019\u201d she said, adding that Travis gave her a sweet and nonjudgmental answer. \u201cI thought everyone was on there at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n The singer shared why she loved his grand gesture and how she\u2019s thankful for the podcast giving her Travis.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was wild, but it worked. I\u2019m glad it worked. I\u2019m just circling back to \u2018New Heights\u2019 to say thank you for (him).
