Cena mentioned that the show\u2019s next chapter not only takes the 11th Street Kids \u201cthrough their next adventure,\u201d but also contributes a lot to the progression of the DCU.<\/p>\n
Headed by Peacemaker creator James Gunn and Peter Safran, the DCU is a fledgling franchise with a handful of entries in it. This effectively makes Peacemaker Season 2 as important a project for the franchise as Superman.<\/p>\n
