Still, some fans were stunned when Adcock shared a photo to Instagram on Wednesday<\/b> <\/a>showing off a badly blackened and busted eye and a bloody lip. <\/p>\n \u201c(Expletive) sound guy,\u201d Shane Profitt wrote. <\/p>\n \u201cHope you good buddy!\u201d the Country Music Tunes account replied. <\/p>\n \u201c(Expletive) man!!!\u201d another wrote. <\/p>\n \u201cNickelback\u2019s sound guy?\u201d another wrote. <\/p>\n A few of Adcock\u2019s followers did a bit more investigating, though, and figured out what they were looking at. <\/p>\n Makeup.<\/p>\n \u201cAlmost got me for a second,\u201d another person responded. \u201cGood make up artist. Looking forward to the music video.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cGood makeup artist!\u201d another wrote. \u201cCan\u2019t wait to see the video brother!
