\n It\u2019s a weird day when you can say that Richard Gere, Cher and \u201cGreat British Bake Off\u201d judge Prue Leith have something other than being famous in common.\n <\/p>\n \n This week, the three personalities all made separate appearances on morning news programs, and all let slip some pretty major profanities on live TV.\n <\/p>\n \n And, honestly, you just can\u2019t help but laugh at how unhinged things got.\n <\/p>\n \n Leith appeared<\/a> on \u201cLive with Kelly and Mark\u201d on Thursday, and everything seemed pretty relaxed during a cooking segment as the show\u2019s married co-hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Conseulos chatted with Leith about an experience she had with the late Queen Elizabeth II.\n <\/p>\n \n Then, Ripa asked Leith how King Charles takes his tea.\n <\/p>\n \n The baking pro hesitated for a second, mentioning that \u201cperhaps I can\u2019t say this on morning television,\u201d but Ripa chimed in to encourage her to \u201csay whatever you want.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n Emboldened, Leith said the King of England\u2019s tea preference is \u201chippie s\u2014,\u201d which of course elicited shocked laughter from Ripa and Consuelos.\n <\/p>\n \n One day prior, Gere appeared on \u201cToday\u201d to discuss his new show \u201cThe Agency\u201d and mimicked a gesture that he does in the show.\n <\/p>\n \n That gesture was flipping the bird, which was blurred out on the broadcast<\/a> before \u201cToday\u201d anchor Savannah Guthrie admonished him for doing \u201can obscene gesture on this family morning show.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cI\u2019m bleeping you!\u201d Guthrie said, while swatting at Gere with her pages of notes.\n <\/p>\n
