Thankfully there is one global icon who wants to show the proper respect to Syracuse\u2019s resurgence and that\u2019s why Taylor Swift\u2019s forthcoming album, \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d, will feature a lot of Otto\u2019s favorite color<\/a>.<\/p>\n On Monday, Taylor Nation \u2014 an official branch of the pop superstar\u2019s marketing team \u2014 posted a TikTok slide show of 12 images with the caption \u201cThinking about when she said \u2018See you next era\u2026\u2019\u201d Swift is seen wearing orange,\u00a0the official color of Syracuse University<\/a>, in every image.<\/p>\n A special limited vinyl edition of the album will be released in \u201cPortofino orange glitter,\u201d according to a pre-order page on her site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n You can tell from the track list that some of this upcoming album is very Syracuse Football inspired:<\/p>\n Father Figure about Fran Brown and his relationship with his players (well at least one of them sees him as that for sure).<\/p>\n Ruin the Friendship likely refers to Trebor Pena moving to Penn State in the spring and Wi$h Li$t is a tale about the Orange\u2019s relentless pursuit for five-star talent.<\/p>\n The album is scheduled to release on October 3rd and based on past Swift releases, it might not be great news for Syracuse football the following day at SMU, but Fran is 1-0 in his post-release games.<\/p>\n\n
