Kevin O’Leary<\/a>‘s casting in Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a>‘s new movie may have come as a surprise, but he’s playing a familiar role.<\/p>\n The “Shark Tank<\/a>” alum is set to star in “Marty Supreme” as Milton Rockwell, “one of the wealthiest men” in 1950s America, who is married to Gwyneth Paltrow<\/a>‘s character, he explained to TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n O’Leary joked that director Josh Safdie and writer Ronald Bronstein came to him for the role because they were looking for quite the jerk (though the businessman’s language was more explicit).<\/p>\n “They’re huge ‘Shark Tank’ fans, and this story is really about the American dream anyway,” said O’Leary, 71.<\/p>\n Kevin O’Leary, chairman of O’Leary Ventures, arrives to speak before a Senate Committee on Aging and a House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party joint hearing on April 9, 2025.<\/p>\n O’Leary said it was “a remarkable experience working with Timmy” and said the actor, 29, was “just full of electricity.”<\/p>\n “Timmy’s all over the place. He’s out of his mind in this movie,” he said. “I think he’ll get nominated for an Oscar in this one. The businessman has starred in episodes of “The Neighbors,” “Dr. Ken,” “Grace and Frankie<\/a>” and “Trailer Park Boys: The Animated Series.”<\/p>\n “Marty Supreme” is set for a Christmas Day 2025 release.<\/p>\n<\/span><\/div>\n
