Sylvester Stallone<\/strong><\/a> and his family have settled into their Florida mansion after saying goodbye to Los Angeles last year.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe looked at some of the houses built after Covid, and they were monstrosities,\u201d the actor, 79.=, said of his and wife Jennifer Flavin<\/strong>\u2019s search for a new home in Veranda<\/em> magazine<\/a>\u2019s September\/October cover story published on Thursday, August 14. \u201cMonumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm. You felt as though you were in a hotel lobby.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple, who have been married for nearly three decades, ultimately landed on a charming estate in Palm Beach<\/a>, which was built in 2014.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we saw it, it automatically felt inviting,\u201d Stallone gushed.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tA legendary leading man! Sylvester Stallone is known for being the face of several successful franchises, from Rocky to Rambo. The New York native nearly gave up on acting before landing his major breakthrough in 1974\u2019s The Lords of Flatbush. The first Rocky film hit theaters two years later \u2014 and Stallone\u2019s career changed forever. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Stallone and Flavin<\/a>, 57, hired renowned interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard<\/strong> to help make their house<\/a> a home. The property is filled with artwork, from sculpture pieces in the entryway to numerous paintings hanging in every room. Stallone also turned a hallway into his own gallery, and even switches out the pieces every so often.<\/p>\n

\u201cI consider it like a wardrobe. You can only wear the same shirt so many times before you go, \u2018God, I\u2019d like to see if this other color works [with it].\u2019 With art, you can take a piece that you\u2019ve become \u2026 maybe not blas\u00e9 about, but you\u2019re not exactly overwhelmed by it anymore,\u201d he said of his extensive collection. You move that piece to another room \u2014 now you\u2019re invigorated! It\u2019s like furniture: messing around, moving it around, constantly restimulating our minds.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stallone\u2019s home also has a screening room, gym, pool and private beach. The screening room pays homage to Stallone and his film career, as countless mementos are on display, including the knife from First Blood<\/em> and his robe from Rocky<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe screening room definitely has a theme. It\u2019s about where I came from,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n

While Stallone and Flavin\u2019s mansion has immaculate vibes, the former model added that the place is meant to be a space for their family<\/a>. The pair share three daughters: Sophia, 28, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23. Stallone is also father to son Seargeoh, 44, whom he welcomed with ex-wife Sasha Czack<\/strong>. (The exes also shared son Sage, who died in July 2012 at age 36.)<\/p>\n
