In the photo below, Brown\u2019s character Xavier Collins appears to be a little beat up with a damaged right eye. What landed him in that dicey scenario? Additionally, Variety<\/a> revealed that Tell Me Lies<\/em> <\/a>star Thomas Doherty<\/a> will feature in a recurring guest star role that remains under wraps. The newest addition to the team is\u00a0Raymond Cham Jr.<\/a>, whose casting was unveiled by The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>. His character description remains unknown, but Cham Jr. will appear in a recurring capacity.<\/p>\n The latest casting addition is Brown\u2019s own real-life wife, Ryan Michelle Bath\u00e9<\/a>, who will appear in a guest role, according to Variety<\/a>. Details about her character remain under wraps at this time.<\/p>\n As viewers saw in Season 1, the story follows Brown\u2019s Xavier Collins, a former special agent who once protected President Cal Bradford (James Marsden<\/a>) when a select group of individuals moved into an underground bunker amid a global catastrophe. Following Cal\u2019s death and the investigation surrounding it, Xavier discovered there was a chance his wife may have survived the catastrophe that drove him and others underground.<\/p>\n When we spoke to Brown<\/a> about the potential future of the show, he noted that Fogelman had a clear plan for Season 2 and a possible third season. \u201cIn Season 2, the idea is to explore what happened to the rest of the world,\u201d Brown said at the time.
