She’s the proud mom to daughter Ava Phillippe<\/strong>, 25, and son Deacon Phillippe<\/strong>, 21, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe<\/strong>, and son Tennessee James Toth, 12, with ex-husband Jim Toth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cSomeone asked me what raising three kids and building a career in Hollywood looked like …” she wrote in the first slide alongside a photo with her three kids.<\/p>\n The second photo captured her and Tennessee smiling during his visit to her work as she wrote, \u201cIt looked like spending a lot of time in trailers together.”<\/p>\n \u201cIt looked like always being on the road together,” she wrote alongside a photo of Ava and Deacon in a car.<\/p>\n A following screenshot showed a text exchange with Deacon in which he told his mother that she \u201cbutt-dialed an Instagram live.\u201d Witherspoon jokingly wrote, \u201cIt looked like my kids constantly giving me career advice!\u201d<\/p>\n The Morning Show star went on to admit that \u201cit looked really hard sometimes” to balance her two worlds. \u201cI’d cry working 14 to 17 hours, sometimes all night long and still woke up early for carpool,” she continued. “I was deliriously tired. It looked like trying to say something positive about work when I got home at night.
