When new management took over Riverwest\u2019s Falcon Bowl<\/a> in 2022, they decided to renovate its barely used 225-capacity hall. The newly christened Falcon Hall opened in October with a decked-out extended stage, renovated bar, a new lighting and sound system, and even a green room.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Since then, the venue has boasted a packed calendar of Milwaukee bands. That\u2019s thanks to Falcon Bowl\u2019s first-ever general manager, Kitt Pellegrini, who spent over six years at the Pabst Theater Group. Concerts from local acts like The Keystones, Social Cig and Royal Mill have attracted crowds anywhere from 50 to 200 people per show. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n That kind of draw serves Falcon Hall\u2019s mission as a launching pad for rising acts. \u201cThe venue will give local bands a place to grow a fanbase before moving on to bigger spots in Milwaukee,\u201d Pellegrini says. \u201cSeeing this transition has always been my favorite part of the music industry.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The hall also holds dance classes, vintage flea markets, weddings and more, but booking even more local gigs remains a top priority. \u201cI hope people view Falcon Hall as up to par with other beloved Milwaukee spots,\u201d Pellegrini says. \u201cSomewhere people do not have to wait for events to happen.
