If you\u2019ve ever watched \u201cThe Traitors\u201d<\/a> from the comfort of your couch and thought, \u201cI could do that,\u201d now is your chance.<\/p>\n While the past two seasons of the Peacock reality series have featured only celebrity contestants, a new version for civilians is coming to NBC. In fact, the network is now accepting applications at https:\/\/www.thetraitorsus.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n To apply, simply fill out the questionnaire, which asks applicants whether they\u2019d prefer to be a \u201cfaithful\u201d or a \u201ctraitor\u201d in the game. You must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid passport to apply.<\/p>\n The open casting call notes that NBC is \u201clooking for smart, strategic everyday people to compete in the ultimate game of trust and treachery.\u201d<\/p>\n Based on the casting call\u2019s description of the series, the civilian version of \u201cThe Traitors\u201d will be the same as the star-studded one, down to the Scottish Highlands locale and Alan Cumming\u2019s hosting gig.<\/p>\n On the reality competition series, a group of \u201cfaithfuls\u201d must work together to sniff out the \u201ctraitors\u201d in their midst, as they compete in challenges, get to know each other around the castle, and share their suspicions at the roundtable.<\/p>\n READ MORE: <\/b>\u2018The Traitors\u2019 star claims she hasn\u2019t been paid since winning the show<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n Regular people were last seen on \u201cThe Traitors\u201d during season 1, but they were mixed in with celebrities including Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte, Bachelor Nation\u2019s Arie Luyendeyk Jr., and the season\u2019s winner, \u201cSurvivor\u201d alum Cirie Fields. The upcoming all-civilian version will mark the Peacock hit\u2019s first time on NBC.<\/p>\n There\u2019s also another celebrity season of \u201cThe Traitors\u201d coming soon.
