Kelly Stafford<\/strong><\/a> has reacted after a misconduct investigation into her \u201cThe Morning After\u201d podcast cohost Hank Winchester<\/strong> concluded without any charges being filed.<\/p>\n

\u201cInvestigation ended right where it started, nowhere,\u201d Stafford, 36, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, August 15.<\/p>\n

Stafford warmly referred to Winchester, 51, as \u201cmy guy\u201d and hinted he would be returning to \u201cThe Morning After\u201d next week, teasing<\/a>: \u201cSee y\u2019all Monday.\u201d<\/p>\n

A search warrant was executed<\/a> at Winchester\u2019s Beverly Hills home in June after he was accused of making sexual advances during a massage. Winchester was placed on leave from his full-time job as a consumer reporter for Detroit\u2019s WDIV News while the investigation took place.<\/p>\n

Winchester, who had been studying massage therapy, was also absent from several episodes of \u201cThe Morning After,\u201d with Stafford simply telling listeners<\/a> on a July 18 installment that her cohost was \u201cdealing with some personal stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe NFL season is just around the corner,\u201d she added. \u201cSoon you will be getting plenty of us, I\u2019m sure. It\u2019s all a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

A statement from the Oakland County Prosecutor\u2019s office to the Detroit Free Press<\/em><\/a> confirmed that the investigation concluded with no cause to charge Winchester.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter a thorough investigation, which involved multiple interviews as well as searches of both the scene of the incident and electronic devices, the Beverly Hills Police Department presented their findings to our office,\u201d prosecutor David Williams said. \u201cOn the facts of this case, it was concluded there was no cause to file any charges against Mr. Winchester.\u201d<\/p>\n

Winchester\u2019s attorney Neil Rockind<\/strong> described the podcast host as a \u201cvictim of baseless and unfounded allegations\u201d during a press conference in Detroit on Friday. The lawyer displayed copies of a voluntary polygraph exam that Winchester had reportedly passed.<\/p>\n

\u201cHank Winchester has been exonerated and cleared,\u201d Rockind insisted.<\/p>\n

His fellow attorney Todd Flood<\/strong> also told reporters, \u201cAfter having to endure over nine weeks of an investigation, having his life turned upside down from every facet possible, we got great news yesterday from law enforcement that there was no criminal findings and no warrants will be issued. He was put through the ringer over an allegation that did not even warrant the issuance of a charge.\u201d<\/p>\n

WDIV shared a statement from the consumer reporter that confirmed he would be returning to his \u201cHelp Me Hank\u201d segments . (Winchester has been a mainstay at the Detroit news station since 2001.).<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m thankful this investigation is over,\u201d he said. \u201cThe allegations made against me were outrageous, unfounded and defamatory. Throughout my 24-year career in Detroit, my mission has always been to help the community I love, protect you from bad actors, and fight for justice. I will always fight for you \u2014 just as I\u2019ve recently had to fight for myself.\u201d<\/p>\n
