Spartacus<\/a><\/em> star Kirk Douglas<\/a>, who died in 2020 at age 103, continued acting into his 90s, and his son Michael Douglas<\/a> might just do the same, despite the latter\u2019s talk of leaving his screen career behind.<\/p>\n In a new interview with The Times<\/a><\/em>, Catherine Zeta-Jones<\/a> said her husband of a quarter-century may end up acting again.<\/p>\n \u201cMichael has definitely earned the chance to slow down,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I never say never. He\u2019s his father\u2019s son and loves to work \u2014 let\u2019s just say, \u2018retirement\u2019 is a flexible concept.\u201d<\/p>\n So far in his career, the younger Douglas has won two Academy Awards (one for producing One Flew Over the Cuckoo\u2019s Nest<\/a><\/em> and one for his leading role in Wall Street<\/a><\/em>), four Golden Globes (one Cecil B. DeMille Award, plus trophies for his performances in Wall Street<\/em>, Behind the Candelabra<\/a><\/em>, and The Kominsky Method<\/a><\/em>), and one Emmy Award (for Behind the Candelabra<\/em>).<\/p>\n Douglas is also known for his roles in the films Romancing the Stone<\/a><\/em>, Fatal Attraction<\/a><\/em>, Basic Instinct<\/a><\/em>, Traffic<\/a><\/em>, and Wonder Boys<\/a><\/em>, and for playing Hank Pym<\/a> in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.<\/p>\n
