Armageddon – the event that has brought an army of
\ninternational celebrities, movie stars, anime actors and
\ncosplay fans to New Zealand is set to announce its 30th
\nanniversary lineup this Friday \u2014 and it\u2019s
\nBIG!<\/p>\n

Billed as the
\nbiggest celebrity lineup in New Zealand since The Return of
\nthe King premier in Wellington in 2003, the lineup will be
\nannounced in a livestream from Hobbiton on Friday 22nd from
\nMidday.<\/p>\n

Fans are invited to join in on the Livestream
\nto hear the names of those who will be attending the Labour
\nWeekend Armageddon show (October 24th-27th), see clips of
\ntheir iconic performances and learn about their arrival in
\nNew Zealand.<\/p>\n

Founder Bill Geradts says this
\nannouncement will be jaw-dropping for Kiwi fans of all
\ngenres.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis will be the biggest fan event ever in
\nNew Zealand,\u201d Geradts says. \u201cYou do NOT want to miss out
\non this!\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the 30 years since it was created,
\nArmageddon has brought a steady stream of top stars into the
\ncountry. Household names like Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Richard
\nDean Anderson (MacGyver), John RhysDavies (LOTR),
\nYeardley Smith (The Simpsons), Seth Green (Austin Powers)
\nand RonPerlman (Hellboy), have all graced the Armageddon
\nMain Stage and met with fans for photos and
\nautographs.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s not to mention, Five Doctors
\nfrom Dr Who, three Terminators, SG Team members from
\nStargate, Zombie Killers from The Walking Dead, plus iconic
\nvoice actors from Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, Sonic The Hedgehog
\nand Super Mario.<\/p>\n

But Geradts says that this year\u2019s
\nlineup will thrill New Zealand fans like no other. And for
\nthat reason, for the first time he\u2019s strictly limiting
\nticket sales and encouraging fans to get in early to avoid
\nmissing out.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo have so
\nmany top stars at one, big Armageddon Expo is a dream come
\ntrue. This is an event you\u2019ll tell your kids about,\u201d he
\nsays.<\/p>\n

The livestream will be able to be
\nviewed at [address], starting at 12:00pm on Friday 22nd.
\nGeradts says there is strict secrecy about the lineup until
\nthat time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want the announcement to
\nbe a special event in itself,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe
\nLivestream is being filmed at Hobbition as a unique way of
\nshowcasing the various Movie and TV stars, animation and
\ngaming voice actors and comic creators that will be
\nappearing at the event.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an EPIC EXPO unlike
\nanything we have ever done in our thirty year
\nhistory.<\/p>\n
