Memphis Bleek<\/a> says Jay-Z<\/a> is working on new music.<\/p>\n Bleek hinted about the new music during his recent interview with Drink Champs<\/em> with hosts N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN.<\/p>\n \u201cI just was with him in Vegas \u2026 He just came out on the show, like, yo, my n***a, they went stupid,\u201d Bleek said at the 41-minute mark in the video linked above, presumably talking about Hov\u2019s performance at Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u2019s Cowboy Carter<\/em> Tour finale, where Destiny\u2019s Child also made a surprise appearance<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI said, \u2018Listen, I know you working. Save me a verse.\u2019 He\u2019s like, \u2018Alright, I got you.\u2019 So if it happens, it happens,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n A new Jay-Z solo studio album would be his first since 4:44 <\/em>in 2017. So far, this is the longest stretch of time between albums in Hov\u2019s discography.<\/p>\n In 2017, he teamed up with wife Beyonc\u00e9 for their collab album Everything Is Love<\/em> and embarked on their joint On The Run II Tour the following year.<\/p>\n Jay-Z\u2019s last overall collaboration was on Pusha T<\/a>\u2019s 2022 track \u201cNeck & Wrist<\/a>,\u201d produced by Pharrell Williams<\/a>.<\/p>\n With Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s rumored Act III rock album set to arrive in 2026 (the final installment of the trilogy that began with 2022\u2019s Renaissance<\/em> and last year\u2019s Cowboy Carter<\/em>) and Jay-Z\u2019s thirteenth studio album presumably not far from the horizon, fans of the Carters have a lot to look forward to.<\/p>\n
