Courtney Stodden<\/strong><\/a> is defending Chrissy Teigen<\/strong><\/a> years after their public feud.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been getting a lot of people asking me how I feel about Meghan Markle<\/strong> having Chrissy Teigen on [With] Love Meghan<\/em><\/a>, her new cooking show,\u201d Stodden, 30, shared in an Instagram video on Friday, August 15. \u201cI do not believe people should be bullying Chrissy.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cHave we learned anything? Two wrongs do not make a right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stodden claimed that this wasn\u2019t the first time she addressed this, alluding to a past Instagram Story, which Teigen, 39, allegedly watched.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMeghan Markle turned heads when she launched her lifestyle brand and Netflix show in early 2025. Meghan took fans inside her kitchen, garden and home with Netflix\u2019s With Love, Meghan series. She brought along celebrity friends Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer for tea parties, sleepovers, cooking and crafting. Shortly before the series premiered in March [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI decide[d] to reach out to Chrissy on DM and tell her that I\u2019m here if she ever wants to talk and I do not believe people should be bullying her and she shouldn\u2019t be listening to anyone who\u2019s bullying her,\u201d Stodden said. \u201cShe has completely ignored me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stodden captioned the clip with an inspirational message to fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce upon a time, I was the punchline. People told me to end my life. I was called names, mocked, bullied \u2014 not just by strangers, but by people with platforms,\u201d she wrote. \u201cAnd yet \u2026 I\u2019m still here. Alive. Thriving. Laughing. Here\u2019s my message: never let someone else\u2019s cruelty define you. Wear your scars like a crown. Your pain can be your superpower.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stodden and Teigen have a long history of drama<\/a> in the public eye. In 2011, Teigen made several comments about Stodden\u2019s marriage to ex-husband<\/a> Doug Hutchison<\/strong>. (Stodden was 16 at the time, while Hutchison was 51.)<\/p>\n

\u201cShe wouldn\u2019t just publicly tweet about wanting me to take \u2018a dirt nap\u2019 but would privately DM me and tell me to kill myself. Things like, \u2018I can\u2019t wait for you to die,\u2019\u201d Stodden claimed during a May 2021 interview with The Daily Beast<\/em>. \u201cSome of the worst treatment I got was from women, and we\u2019re not going to get anywhere if we keep holding each other back.\u201d<\/p>\n

After the DMs went public, Teigen issued an apology<\/a>, stating she was \u201cashamed and completely embarrassed\u201d about the messages she sent to Stodden.<\/p>\n
