Tyne Daly<\/strong> shared some insight on why she wasn\u2019t in attendance for her brother Tim Daly<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s wedding to T\u00e9a Leoni<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThere was a small wedding. Very exclusive, very, very private,\u201d Tyne, 79, said in an interview with People<\/em><\/a> on Saturday, August 16, adding that Tim, 69, and Leoni\u2019s nuptials took place at their \u201cbeautiful apartment in New York.\u201d<\/p>\n Tyne insinuated that only the couple\u2019s parents were present for the ceremony, but there were no hard feelings.<\/p>\n \u201cThey only had people that they gave birth to or people who gave birth to them,\u201d she noted. \u201cHowever, I\u2019m going to see the newlyweds quite soon.\u201d<\/p>\n Tyne added that Tim and Leoni, 59, planned on having an additional celebration with loved ones at a later date.<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed that Tim and Leoni tied the knot<\/a> last month after dating for more than a decade. The pair had an intimate ceremony with immediate family present.<\/p>\n Tim and Leoni first connected on the set of their hit series Madam Secretary<\/em>, which aired from September 2014 to December 2019. The twosome played husband and wife<\/a>, Elizabeth and Henry McCord, on the drama for six seasons.<\/p>\n Following Leoni\u2019s divorce from David Duchovny<\/strong> in 2014, the actress was spotted supporting Tim in a play he was starring in. Leoni and Duchovny were married for 17 years and share two children<\/a>, West, 25, and Kyd, 21. Tim, for his part, was previously married to Amy Van Nostrand<\/strong> from 1982 to 2010. The exes share son Sam, 41, and daughter Emelyn, 36.<\/p>\n Us<\/em> confirmed later that year that Tim and Leoni were dating in real life after growing close on set<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cTheir chemistry on set is electrifying,\u201d a source exclusively told Us<\/em> in December 2014. \u201cThey have an amazing time filming.\u201d<\/p>\n The following year, Tim and Leoni made their red carpet debut at the White House Correspondents\u2019 Dinner in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n
