The crowd, with arms outstretched, screamed the lyrics as Kevin played.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cIt happened,\u201d said singer Gab Cinque of Freehold. \u201cIt was awesome!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Kevin Jonas had a day off from the JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour, which began Aug. 10 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford. So I walked up to him and said we learned &#8216;Burnin&#8217; Up&#8217; if you want to play? He said, &#8216;You want me to play?&#8217; I was yeah! He came down and he took my guitarist&#8217;s guitar and we did the song.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Kevin took band member Matt Stanley&#8217;s guitar. The band also includes Fran O\u2019Brien on guitar; Aaron Manzo, bass; and Anthony Flora, drums. They play classic rock and originals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In 2023, Kevin joined Split Decision on stage at Bird and Betty&#8217;s for the Jonas Brothers&#8217; \u201cSucker.\u201d Bird and Betty&#8217;s, formerly the Ketch, hosted the wedding reception for musician Jack Antonoff and actress Margaret Qualley in 2023 attended by Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Channing Tatum, Zoe\u0308 Kravitz and Qualley&#8217;s mom, actress Andie MacDowell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The Jonas Brothers, native of Wyckoff, played Herseypark Stadium in Hershy, Pa. on Sunday, Aug. 17.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><em>Subscribe to app.com for the latest on the New Jersey music scene.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><em>Chris Jordan, a Jersey Shore native, covers entertainment and features for the USA Today Network New Jersey.
