Luhrmann’s new film features never-before-seen footage showcasing some of Presley\u2019s most iconic live performances.<\/p>\n Additionally, the film allows Elvis to tell his own story and offers an intimate look into his life and legacy. The unseen footage utilized for the new film was locked in a vault for years from the iconic 1970s concert films Elvis: That\u2019s The Way It Is<\/em> and Elvis on Tour<\/em>.<\/p>\n In a video clip, Luhrmann was seen in a recording studio, putting the finishing touches on the film’s soundtrack. And cannot wait to be TCB’ing on the rest of this movie,” Luhrmann concluded.<\/p>\n Fans were thrilled to learn an update on the newest project. The director first tackled Presley’s story in 2022 in the feature film Elvis<\/em>, starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks. The film earned eight Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture and Best Actor for Butler.<\/p>\n “Great work and dedication Baz!
