Additionally, the indie made new hires across its marketing, creative, digital, publicity, streaming and international departments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Brianne Deslippe<\/strong> has been upped to senior vice president of marketing, with<strong> Amy Beard<\/strong> moved to VP of marketing and <strong>Morgan Sweat<\/strong> to VP of creative services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tMost recently, Deslippe was senior VP of international, spearheading global campaigns for Big Loud artists and imprints. Prior to her 10 years at Big Loud, Deslippe held music marketing and promotion roles within Canada. Coming onboard in 2022, Beard previously held marketing roles at MCA Nashville, where she led campaigns for Alan Jackson, Sam Hunt, Maddie and Tae, Parker McCollum, Dierks Bentley and more. In her new role at Big Loud, Beard will continue to sharpen her edge as the marketing force behind some of country\u2019s brightest stars like Stephen Wilson Jr., Charles Wesley Godwin and rising duo Thelma &amp; James.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tSweat leads the label\u2019s in-house creative team, overseeing music videos, visual design, photography and overall brand creative for a chart-topping, genre-defining roster. Brewer joins the team from Atlantic Records where he spearheaded award-winning media campaigns for chart-topping artists like Burna Boy, Kehlani and Wallows.
