If there\u2019s anyone who takes fashion seriously, it\u2019s Cardi B<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The Grammy-winning rapper released the second single from her upcoming album, Am I the Drama?<\/a>,<\/em> at midnight on Thursday with a new accompanying\u2014and very flashy\u2014music video. The track titled \u201cImaginary Playerz\u201d (which samples the 1997 Jay Z song<\/a> of the same name) is a total ode to the world of high fashion, complete with shady zingers that could only come courtesy of Cardi herself. The song\u2019s visual even incorporates some of the show-stopping couture outfits that the star wore during her most recent stint at Paris Fashion week<\/a> earlier this year, and it provides fans a closer look at all that goes into being a reigning fashion queen. <\/p>\n

Throughout the three-and-a-half-minute visual, we see Cardi B wear a number of looks from famed couture houses, including Schiaparelli and Rahul Mishra, while reminding us all that we could never<\/em> be on her level. <\/p>\n

\u201cI got the hottest s\u2014t, hop out, poppin\u2019 it \/ They say I walk around lookin\u2019 like a compliment \/ Shut up, stop whinin\u2019, Cardi still shinin\u2019,\u201d she raps on the song, speaking directly to her critics and haters. \u201cH\u2014s kept complainin\u2019, so I copped more diamonds and more archive, vintage couture on me \/ I got more Gaultier than Jean probably.\u201d <\/p>\n

Cardi ensured the single art for the new song also stayed on theme. The rapper wore a sweeping, vintage white fur coat with fresh-off-the-runway<\/a> platform boots from Marc Jacobs<\/a>. \u201cI was wondering who would be the first to wear these boots \ud83e\udd0d,\u201d the designer commented on Cardi B\u2019s Instagram post<\/a>, giving his official stamp of approval. <\/p>\n

For now, the official visual for \u201cImaginary Playerz\u201d should feed Cardi\u2019s \u201cBardi Gang\u201d until the official release of Am I the Drama?<\/em> on September 19. We have a feeling more memorable fashion moments are on the way. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
