Kim Zolciak<\/strong><\/a> accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann<\/strong><\/a>, of stalking another person\u2019s home she was at and demanded he be thrown in jail for contempt, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively report.<\/p>\n

Zolciak, 47, filed court documents in their never-ending divorce<\/a> battle on August 15. In the heavily redacted filing, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em> star accused Biermann, 39, of interfering with her parenting time. The exes share four children<\/a>: son Kroy Jagger \u201cKJ\u201d Jr., 14, son Kash, 13, and twin daughter Kaia and twin son Kane, 11.<\/p>\n

Zolciak and Biermann reached a temporary parenting plan in June. She accused Biermann of violating the terms of the deal and detailed an incident on June 9, which she said ended with her calling the police. She accused Biermann of exhibiting \u201cerratic behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n

She alleged that Biermann\u2019s \u201cobsession\u201d with her \u201chas led him to surveilling the residence of a third party at whose residence [Zolciak] was present, as well as following [Zolciak] on such mundane tasks as grocery shopping.\u201d<\/p>\n

She claimed Biermann\u2019s \u201cstalking of the third-party\u2019s house while [Zolciak] was there was so pervasive that counsel for the third-party sent\u201d a letter to Biermann threatening to seek a protective order if he did not stop immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n

She claimed on June 9 Biermann followed her to Costco, \u201cparked, followed [her] into the store, and then proceeded to follow [her] around the store even going so far as to confront the third-party accompanying [her].\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tIt looks like Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann\u2019s ongoing divorce isn\u2019t going to be resolved anytime soon. Us Weekly obtained court documents filed by the former football player, 37, on Monday, June 12, stating that the estranged couple\u2019s split is \u201cfar from amicable and continues to deteriorate.\u201d The docs also state the pair \u2014 who [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201c[Biermann\u2019s] acts of surveilling, following and harassing [Zolciak] are a willful and dangerous violation of the [temporary parenting plan], and [Biermann] should be held in willful contempt as a result,\u201d her lawyer argued. Zolciak requested that Biermann be ordered to stay away from her residence. She asked that sanctions be imposed against Biermann including incarceration at the local jail. Zolciak also asked for her legal fees to be paid.<\/p>\n

As Us<\/em> first reported, Biermann filed a motion for sole custody<\/a> on August 15.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a noteworthy absence of structure and accountability in [Zolciak\u2019s] home. The split\/shared custody arrangement is not in the best interest of the children,\u201d Biermann\u2019s lawyer wrote.<\/p>\n

The ex-NFL star claimed Zolciak\u2019s home was unstable and claimed she frequently left the kids \u201calone or under the care of others for significant periods of time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKroy Biermann is \u201cconcerned\u201d about his four minor children amid his messy divorce from their mother, Kim Zolciak-Biermann. In docs filed on Thursday, September 14, and obtained by Us Weekly, Biermann, 37, alleged that Zolciak-Biermann, 45, has spent \u201clittle time at home\u201d with their kids: sons Kroy \u201cKJ\u201d Jr., 12, and Kash, 11, and twins [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He claimed his estranged wife was unable to demonstrate \u201cany ability to provide for the day-to-day care of the children and she shows next to no familiarity with the children\u2019s needs.\u201d Biermann also alleged Zolciak subjected their kids to \u201cemotional and psychological abuse.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zolciak\u2019s rep denied the claims in a statement to Us<\/em>. \u201cThe claims made in the recent filing are completely false, misleading, and deeply hurtful. Kim has always been, and continues to be, a devoted, loving, and attentive mother who puts her children\u2019s needs above everything else,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n
